We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Jeffries and, in particular, Harry and Elliot.<br><br>From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic, professional, friendly, responsive and genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. They kept us informed throughout, were always on hand when we had questions, and made us feel like we were in safe hands.<br><br>A special mention also has to go to the photography. The photos of our home were absolutely amazing and really showcased the property at its best. The quality and attention to detail made such a difference.<br><br>Harry and Elliot are a real credit to the team, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you both for all your hard work and for making what can be a very stressful process such a positive experience!<br><br>5 stars absolutely deserved! ??

Jeffries & Dibbens has a strong reputation for combining local property knowledge with a well-structured approach to sales and lettings. The valuation service and dedicated move-management support are particularly useful, as having someone guide the process from offer through to completion can make a property move much easier. I also like the balance between face-to-face service at the local branch and wider customer support. Overall, they come across as an experienced and well-organised estate agency with a genuine understanding of the Portsmouth market.
