DON'T RENT Flat 46 Empire House!!! Landlord of this property appoint unprofessional agent and communicate important information partly via WhatsApp, which will harm your tenants' right when negotiating with TDS. Landlord also tries to put a lot of ambiguity on deposit returning. She also acts slowly as much as she can to earn interest in the deposit.

Very positive experience selling my flat in Brentford in a very challenging market.
