I recently purchased a flat from Lions Estate, and dealt with Lydia, Luke and Elliot. Who were all fantastic. So helpful, always reachable and honestly went out of their way to help. Honestly cant rate them high enough.

Great Experience so far with Lion Estates. I called up to request a valuation and Matthew Wyatt reached out. Lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to listen and worked together well on getting the house ready for market. Everything was done efficiently and the house sold within 7 days of marketing and had a full day of viewings booked within a week. Thank you so much Matthew!

We had a very positive experience with Lion Estates. The marketing was spot on. Sharon and the photographer Breanna presented the house beautifully and secured us an offer within a week of the house being on the market. Sharon was professional, thorough, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent throughout and we always felt fully supported. We spoke to a number of agents before deciding to use Michael Bailey as he was very clear about what he and his colleagues would do and the selling process. His valuation was reasonable, MB and his team handled all the viewings and updated us very regularly. We had an offer at asking price after a few weeks and would recommend MB's service.

I would not recommend this agency due to their lack of professionalism and poor communication. If your offer is not accepted, they will not inform you. Instead of responding professionally, they simply ignore calls and emails, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Ruth is a rare find - an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful and all round good estate agent. Although I decided to postpone my sale for a while, Ruth found me prospective buyers straight away. When I am ready to go I will be calling Ruth straight away!

Completely unreliable. I contacted them about a rental property as soon as it got on the market. Was told to leave my details and they would contact me to arrange a viewing which I did. I sent them an email with all the information they requested as well. I have been calling them since then and never got a response to my calls or emails. There are much better tenant-friendly, responsive and transparent estate agents out there.
