Matthew has been great from start to finish. The communication was great and I felt like I had an update regularly which kept me in the loop with what was going on with my property. He was also really helpful in the knowledge of the market and helped me when it came to dealing with housing association on my shared ownership property.

Sharon from Lion Estates was a pleasure to deal with right from the first introduction. Completely unreliable. I contacted them about a rental property as soon as it got on the market. Was told to leave my details and they would contact me to arrange a viewing which I did. I sent them an email with all the information they requested as well. I have been calling them since then and never got a response to my calls or emails. There are much better tenant-friendly, responsive and transparent estate agents out there.
