From the moment we met Tom, we were impressed by his energy and enthusiasm. He was positive about our property and immediately recognised its full potential. His explanation of the service and the people at Thomas James Estate Agents was open, honest, and reassuring, which is what ultimately led us to choose them over other agents in the area.
The sales process took four and a half months from engagement to completion, and throughout that time we were kept fully informed via a WhatsApp group set up specifically for our property. This made communication incredibly easy, allowing us to ask and answer questions quickly, and ensured the team remained proactive in driving the sale through to completion.
We were extremely happy with the seamless process and the genuine care and attention shown by the team—Tom, James, Claire, and Elliot (with special mention to Elliot) at Thomas James Estate Agents. We cannot recommend them highly enough; you would be foolish not to consider them.

We sold and bought a property through Adam Dean from Lion Estate Agents in October and could not be happier with the service. He was friendly and really good at communicating with us with viewings and how things were going. Once we had an offer on our property, Adam showed us our house we are in now off market and we fell completely in love. He made so much effort to make sure it all happened.<br>Although the timeline was long, no fault of Adam’s, he stayed constant in communication when we needed and was always there.<br>Would definitely recommend and use again.

It has been a really great experience with the Lion Estates team. Matthew Wyatt and Adam Dean have been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the start of our journey, the communication has been consistently great. We had a group chat set up which made it really easy to keep in touch. It has felt like we are communicating with friends. The marketing of the property has also been top notch. Matthew and Adam have both been extremely knowledgeable and given us great guidance through this whole process and we are really thankful to both of them and the team at Lion Estates. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Very unprofessional and poor at communicating. I enquired about a property for rent. Deyalan Mahesan contacted me requiring multiple pieces of personal information such as my income and reson for moving. I promptly replied with all the information he need and was never contacted again, despite emailing them multiple times. Now I am part of his subscription emails and I am hounded with promotional emails each week. Not happy with Deyalan Mahasan specifically

Completely unreliable. I contacted them about a rental property as soon as it got on the market. Was told to leave my details and they would contact me to arrange a viewing which I did. I sent them an email with all the information they requested as well. I have been calling them since then and never got a response to my calls or emails. There are much better tenant-friendly, responsive and transparent estate agents out there.
