Although Matt Davies at Knight Frank was not our agent for either our sale or our purchase, he was instrumental in getting our entire chain over the line hence why I felt the need to post a review.
In what became a very complicated and stressful process, Matt consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to coordinate across the chain, chase outstanding issues and keep momentum when things could easily have stalled. His determination, persistence and willingness to step in — even when it wasn’t strictly his responsibility — made a real difference.
Thanks to Matt’s efforts the chain finally progressed to exchange, allowing us to secure a house that we absolutely love. His professionalism, commitment and proactive approach did not go unnoticed, and we are extremely grateful for the role he played in making the move happen.

Carmen has been fantastic. The fact that a major war is broken out which is thrown my world into turmoil, Carmen has absolutely been wonderful. Professional, first class, patient, and an advocate for me. It's too bad the landlord was being so difficult. Otherwise Carmen has been wonderful.

Gabri**!!! I had already clearly set my budget and move-in date before the viewing, but he kept pushing me to move in earlier and repeatedly asked me to increase the offer. The way he negotiated was extremely rude and he tried to renegotiate several times. It honestly felt like some kind of auction bidding.
I expected a professional and reputable brand agency, but this turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. In the end, I even agreed to meet his demands, yet my offer was still rejected.
I honestly don’t understand how something like this can happen. The way they handle business is like gangsters — completely lacking manners or professionalism. This is the worst agency experience I’ve had in London.

We had a first class experience selling our house with Knight Frank. Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

We are so glad we chose the Knight Frank team in Cobham to sell our house! Dan Miller was outstanding managing a tight timeline. He was communicative, proactive and highly professional, liaising closely with the buyers and all parties, to ensure everyone was aligned and working towards an agreed tight completion date, that was achieved before Christmas! Dan really made a difference in making this happen.
Dans knowledge of the local market and ability to deal with any tricky situation gave us a lot of confidence. His calm and considered approach, in particular, made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and reassuring from start to finish.

I reached out to Knight Frank in the summer for the sale of my property in Chelsea. Claire and her team gave me a very realistic valuation and expectation of what the market was at the time. We set out the strategy to sell the property and the incredibly proactive Emmie got me an incredible offer just a few weeks after putting it on the market. Emmie was incredibly helpful in bridging the gap between me and the buyer and she was resolute and fast in getting the deal over the line to completion, helping me deal with all the parties involved. I am very happy with how it all went.

We recently sold our home through Knight Frank. We were very happy with the team with Maisie being our key contact. They had a solid understanding of the local market their advice on pricing and timing helped attract good buyers quickly especially given the current market (mid 2025). We thought their photography contractor did a great job also.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Maisie’s and team kept us informed at each step, promptly answered all queries and made sure the closing process went smoothly.
We would happily recommend Knight Frank to anyone looking to sell their home in the Wandsworth area.
