5/5 Stars – Jamie saved our sanity through a highly stressful sale!We are finally due to exchange and complete, and it is entirely thanks to Jamie Ridge at Mann Portsmouth. This process became highly stressful due to very slow solicitors, but Jamie went completely above and beyond from the very start. He didn't just market our property; he actively managed the entire chain, constantly chasing legal teams and bridging the gaps when communication broke down. He even contacted us out of his working hours to give us vital updates, which just shows how genuinely great and committed he is. Throughout every tense moment, Jamie acted with honest, true professionalism and kept us grounded. We both cannot thank him enough for his unwavering support. Thank you Jamie! Ur a complete star! Forgot to put my garage on the plans. Didn't say that there was no onward chain and no board. The house is in a cul-de-sac but may walkers go past with dogs etc.

Am not one to normally give reviews, but where i have received an outstanding customer service, I will be sure to post a review because I want you to experience the same and extinguish all your worries. Mann estage agents were not only fantastic at selling my house in under a WEEK of it going live, but their mortgage broker Jake Owen, provided such an amazing customer service that I appointed him as my broker after speaking with numerous. Not only did he get me the amount I needed to secure my future home, but he provided me with regular updates, was quick in the application process, sourced the market for the best and right deal, reassured me on the times I felt nervous that any deals will fall part. He was able to deal with the mortgage lenders effectively and responded to all their requires.<br><br>He took his time to understand my situation and tailored a service that felt personal. I honestly felt like he was a good friend at the end of the process. I trusted his approach and advice and felt confident to proceed.<br>Don't just take my word for it, its worth you experiencing his service to appreciate. For an indecisive person, I was very certain to use Jake Owe .<br><br>Special shout out to Jeff and Charlotte at the Mann Chatham branch for also selling my house so quickly. Honestly if I am selling again, it will be Mann I use.
