Great experience with Mann Sales and Letting Agents Chatham, especially George Perriss, who was very helpful throughout the purchase process.
Communication was always professional, friendly and quick, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. George kept us updated throughout and was always happy to help with any questions we had.
Collecting the keys and completing the purchase went very smoothly, and we really appreciated all the support during the process.

Great experience!
I have just rented a one-bedroom property here. What I like the most about it is that the staff were very helpful especially ( Callum Murphy ) and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. They were friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any queries I had. I’m really happy with my new home and the service provided.

We have recently had a fantastic experience when contacting Mann's about the viewing of a property on their books.
Having undergone several similar experiences with a number of other local area Agents, It has to be said that Mann's proved to be Second To None!!.
Their initial telephone contact points proved absolutely
top- notch, with both AMBER and DARCEY taking and dealing with our initial enquiries and then the following through with their information follow ups.
When it came to the viewing of one particular property, AMBER, proved to be Absolutely Excellent in every respect.
AMBER proved both very accommodating and knowledgeable, in respect of answering the numerous questions that we asked, concerning the local area, together with providing excellent background information details on the property concerned.
An absolutely first class service from AMBER and an absolute credit to Mann's Estate & Lettings Department.

I would not recommend Mann Ashford. They were not pro active and did not keep in contact to let us know what they were doing in terms of our property. No one answered the phone. They were disinterested and all they wanted to do was reduce the price. Never phoned us we had to phone them. They achieved no viewings on our property. A very poor performance and no service.

I had a fantastic experience working with David Caplin from Countrywide Mortgages. From our very first meeting and throughout the entire application process, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. With over 30 years of experience, it really shows in the way he explains everything and handles each step with confidence.

Had a great experience with this letting agency, Alexia showed me around the property and was very friendly and helpful. Holly has been quick and efficient to get everything sorted and she has done smoothly without any issues, I’m amazed it only took 2 days from visiting the property to having all of the paper work done and I got to chose what date would work best for me to move in. Holly has been so helpful in more ways than one and has been on the phone when I needed her and got everything sorted, thank you for all your help, I look forward to moving into this new property :)
