Unprofessional. No communication from them. When we viewed the property it was clean and on move-in day place was left dirty, holes and marks on walls and left over goods. Whole process was terrible.

I’ve never had such a smooth experience. Suk took us through the house viewing and was very patient , kind and informative . Most agents would rush you through the process but he made sure all our concerns and questions were addressed. Holly took us on and was so professional and understanding. She made sure that she explained everything in detail so there was no room for any doubts or open ended feelings. Everything is so well organised and precise. The responses are prompt and you’re kept in the loop throughout . I recommend Mann to anyone looking for a property, the most stress free process ever and they have the best team! .

The team were very efficient, friendly and understanding of our needs, especially Morgan Knott on showing prospective buyers around our home. She had researched everything efficiently and was respectful. Riley in the office was also extremely helpful and friendly, always on hand to help us when we needed support. All the office team were helpful and friendly.

Mann are not good at communicating with their landlords. They do not communicate well with the various departments within Mann.
They are not good in carrying out reviews of properties.

Stay well clear! Promise you the world deliver nothing. They will take days to return your calls. All for the landlord, will treat you with disrespect at all costs. When your tenancy is up they will stitch you up! It will cost you a fortune! There is plenty more estate agents out there! Please use them. STAY WELL AWAY!!!!

Forgot to put my garage on the plans. Didn't say that there was no onward chain and no board. The house is in a cul-de-sac but may walkers go past with dogs etc.

I would not recommend Mann Ashford. They were not pro active and did not keep in contact to let us know what they were doing in terms of our property. No one answered the phone. They were disinterested and all they wanted to do was reduce the price. Never phoned us we had to phone them. They achieved no viewings on our property. A very poor performance and no service.
