Fab experience with Sophie and cannot recommend her enough!<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, especially when trying to coordinate everything alongside a part-exchange, but Sophie made the whole experience so straightforward.<br><br>Her communication was amazing throughout. She always kept me informed, took time to explain things and just been so lovely, approachable and supportive. Had an Amazing experience with M&H Hartlepool with renting a new property after an awful experience with previous agency’s. Everything got sorted and great communication throughout the renting process. I recently sought the services of Manners and Harrison Hartlepool branch to find tenant for my two bedroomed apartment. Nelson and Sophie not only found me an excellent tenant. But did all of the necessary "heavy lifting" for me (photos, inventory, references and viewings). They provided and excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Nelson and Sophie you were both top class!

When I call someone and they aren’t available but someone tells me they’ll ask them to call me back, I expect that to happen. Three times this happened, still waiting for them to call me back.
