????? Outstanding service from an exceptional team<br>I cannot recommend Michael Graham highly enough. I had an extremely frustrating and complicated chain, with a particularly difficult situation further down the chain, and throughout it all, Regan was absolutely outstanding.<br>Regan took everything in his stride and went far above and beyond what could reasonably have been expected of him. His resilience, professionalism, ability to think several steps ahead and willingness to deal with people and issues that were not even part of his job were second to none. He was proactive, persistent and completely committed to keeping the chain moving and getting me over the line.<br>Quite simply, without Regan’s determination, support and constant efforts, I genuinely believe the chain could have fallen apart. He is an absolute asset to Michael Graham, and the company should be incredibly proud to have someone like him representing them.<br>I would also like to praise the wider team. Whenever Regan wasn't in the office, I was always greeted with a warm welcome from Roger, Rob, Harry and Stephanie. Whoever I spoke to, I was met with the same helpful, professional and can-do attitude. Everyone took ownership, offered help and made things happen. There was never any passing the buck or being told, “He isn't in, you'll have to wait.” Instead, everyone did their best to help and keep things moving.<br>Moving house can be stressful enough without a difficult chain, but having such a supportive, proactive and genuinely lovely team behind me made a huge difference.<br>Regan deserves special recognition, but the whole team deserves credit. They are a real credit to Michael Graham, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.<br>A genuinely great team and an absolute joy to deal with. Thank you all for helping me get there!

As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Regan. He was so patient, understanding and positive throughout the whole process, making everything feel much easier to understand. He showed me around the property twice and was always happy to answer any questions I had. He was honest, approachable and proactive in chasing the solicitors and keeping me updated. Honestly, he often kept me more in the loop than my own solicitors! I really appreciate all his help and support in getting me into my first home and would highly recommend him to anyone buying a property.

Harry C is a testament to the Michael Graham estate agents. It will be a sad day if he ever departs the organisation.<br><br>We must have viewed a good 10+ houses with Harry, all of which were exceptional however as we were looking for our forever home and had a requirements list longer than my arm, we just couldn’t commit to any of them.<br><br>He was always quick to show us new properties which came across his desk before they hit the market and was very knowledgable on all matters. I’d certainly recommend him and the team

We recently purchased our home through Michael Graham and had a really good experience throughout.<br><br>A big thank you to Harry, Regan, Rob and Nigel for all their help along the way.<br><br>Being new to Milton Keynes, we spent quite a bit of time looking at properties, particularly around the Shenley area. The team were very patient with us, answered our many questions and gave us honest advice, which we really appreciated.<br><br>One thing that stood out was how knowledgeable they were about the properties they were selling. They always turned up on time for viewings and were well prepared. Having dealt with quite a few estate agents across Milton Keynes during our search, we definitely noticed the difference. They knew the houses and the surrounding areas really well, which gave us a lot more confidence when making decisions.<br><br>They were tough negotiators, which is only fair considering they represent the seller, but they were also reasonable and willing to have a proper conversation to get a deal agreed.<br><br>Nigel was also a great help with the mortgage side of things, making that part of the process easier to navigate.<br><br>Overall, we're really happy with how everything worked out. Moving to a new area and buying a home is a big step, and having a team that was patient, approachable and knowledgeable made a real difference.<br><br>When the time comes for us to move again in the future, Michael Graham will definitely be our first port of call. We'd happily recommend them!

Michael Graham have gone above and beyond in helping our family find a new home, and sell our home.<br><br>They sold our house to us originally so we went back to them when we wanted to sell and move.<br><br>Phil, Liz, Pam, Jaqs, Caroline, Daniel - everyone we dealt with at the Hitchin office were very professional, honest, knowledgeable, responsive and always lovely to deal with.<br><br>It’s been a long journey for us trying to sell our house, with the backdrop of a turbulent economy and booming house prices in Hitchin, but they stuck with us, and remained patient, even when we weren’t! We never felt like we were being sold to, and always felt as though the service and advice we were given was personal and specific to us.<br><br>Phil and Liz provided us with a lot of extra market information, beyond what they needed to, in a very consultative way.<br><br>Daniel, Pam and Jaqs were excellent at showing people round our house, always arriving early for the appointments and really taking the time to know all the small facts about the house so they could give the best viewings. Caroline was brilliant at keeping the sale transaction moving along, letting nothing sit still for too long.<br><br>I can’t recommend Phil and his team enough, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
