We cannot fault the excellent service we have received from the Lettings team over the last 9 years. Quick response times, great communication and always so helpful and understanding. I had previously experienced the efficient and professional service provided by Michael Hardy when I purchased my current property through them. This is why I chose them to market and sell this house. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, and it was easy to book viewings with them. I would like to say that all the sales, and other staff are amazing, but a special mention must go to Barney who was excellent at communicating with me, and negotiating and liaising with the vendor of the property I purchased. I would also like to thank Rhona for her kindness, patience and advice when I viewed properties. Neal was brilliant with his communication during a stressful time when exchange of contracts and completion kept being pushed back, and last, but not least, a special thanks to the wonderful staff who put together a detailed brochure with photos of my property. Thank you everyone. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael Hardy and use their services again.

I had rented a house in Crowthorne for 2 and half years with Michael Hardy, Wokingham. Lily and Helena at MH provided exceptional customer service, responded quickly to any query and Lily helped with property maintenance as well. The whole team at MH, Wokingham were professional, approachable and helpful during my rental period. Thank you for the whole team for making my rental period go smoothly without any stress. Will definitely recommend Michael Hardy.

Professional team who kept us up to date at all times , made sure our sell was well viewed , found us a good buyer and advised us on price , helped find us a builder and a clearance firm when they were needed . And help keep a level head during what is a very stressful process , there was always a member of the team on hand to talk to and we found everyone at Michael Hardy extremely friendly and helpful, a special note that Barnaby ,Neal and Sara worked very diligently on our behalf and their support and kindness was much appreciated altogether a good experience<br>Thank you all ??????
