My partner and I had an excellent experience with Michael Hardy Estate Agents in Wokingham during the purchase of our new home.<br><br>Sarah and Neal were amazing with our requests - constantly informing us of any changes, answering any of our questions and providing support where we needed it.<br><br>They helped make our process a lot easier and smoother with their communication via emails and phone calls to us and supported us in chasing any necessary paperwork from both our solicitors and our seller’s solicitors.<br><br>Both of them are a huge credit to their team and we are very appreciative of their hard work and time towards making our experience a lot less stressful and more clear.<br><br>Thank you to everyone at Michael Hardy for your excellent service. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Wokingham area.

Alice was extremely helpful, professional and responsive from start to finish and made the whole process straightforward and stress free.<br><br>I would also like to give a special mention to Dan, who was equally helpful and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Michael Hardy to anyone looking to rent a property.

Having been a private tenant through Michael Hardy Estate Agents, for nearly 8 years and I would highly recommend them. Like any "relationship" it does take time to know you can be trusted and they can trust me to ensure that the property is well maintained and cared for.<br>Any issues are dealt with in a positive and mostly punctual manner. They were really reassuring during the termination period.<br>Daniel and the team ensured a smooth transition. Including recommending the most fab cleaner!<br>I would not hesitate in recommending Michael Hardy Estate Agents.
