We had quite a few viewings which resulted in several offers and an agreed sale.

Ok, the market is bad, very bad however over a 10.5 month time i had 5 viewings. I needed a sale and changed agent who took 11 days to take photos and market the property AND provide 3 viewings, 1 of which resulted in an offer. I would rate M&B as very poor indeed.

Very few viewings and feedback was often confusing and unhelpful.
We think we were originally priced too high and then got stagnant on the market. Should have pushed to lower the price earlier as I believe this put buyers off. They also charge more than most others in % as well as photos etc.

Bobby showed us tive properties and was absolutely fantastic. Showed up early, very well informed about each place and area, warm and welcoming. As first time buyers, having someone willing to answer any question and show patience and professionalism is incredibly reassuring - we would recommend Bobby to anyone looking to move to Whitstable!
