Sadly, the first sale fell through, but they quickly found another buyer, and this time everything went through successfully. Buying and selling a house is, at times, a long, stressful and frustrating process. What makes all the difference is having an estate agent who understands the journey, keeps you informed, and genuinely feels like they're on your side. From the initial valuation right through to completion, the whole team were supportive, reassuring and always happy to help. They really do hold your hand through the process. We have had an excellent experience with O’Riordan Bond from start to finish, both selling our home and buying our new one. Matthew carried out our valuation and was friendly, professional and gave us confidence from the very beginning. Our main point of contact throughout was Adele, who was absolutely fantastic. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond, and worked tirelessly chasing every party in the chain to keep everything moving as smoothly and stress-free as possible. Liam was also incredibly helpful whenever we spoke to him and was always up to date with our progress and answered any queries that we may have had.
