OJ were fabulous from the first viewing to the last big effort through to completion. The Surrey Quays team are an amazing bunch - they hold themselves to impeccably high standards, and even went seriously above and beyond for us a few times (locked ourselves out and needed a few other documents retrieved from contacts). Extra special shout out to the powerhouse that is Rosalie. We are super happy in our new home and can't thank you enough.

Stephen Banks was the agent who helped us get our flat rented, and is honestly the best estate agent I've dealt with in my long years in London! He worked incredibly fast, kept me up to speed on every step, and managed the process easily and efficiently. I'd absolutely use him and OJ again!!

Simon is the opposite of everything we fear about estate agents. He is straight forward, you can instantly tell there is no "waffle" and he is clearly knowledgable about the Bow area, especially the Bow Quarter. I hope he doesn't mind me saying he has the advantage of experience but this really stands him apart from some of the kids we have been dealing with that have obviously never bought or sold a flat themselves, highly recommended.
