Made an offer on a property and Jack came back to me and said it had been rejected. Made an improved offer £5k below asking price.Advised he would come back to me shortly. Over three weeks have now passed and no contact. Since found out property sold to a higher offer.
The basics are you communicate with buyers and do not just leave them hanging for weeks !!!!

?????<br><br>I honestly couldn’t recommend this estate agent highly enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly attentive, professional and supportive. They kept me very well informed throughout the whole process, always making sure I knew what was happening and what to expect next.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and I always felt that my questions were listened to and dealt with promptly. Buying and moving home can be such a stressful experience, but having an estate agent who is so approachable, organised and genuinely helpful made such a difference.<br><br>A truly fantastic team and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’m so grateful for all their help and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them! ?????

I'd recommend Open House to any landlord in Leicester. From the first valuation it was clear [Rahul] knew the local rental market — the rent he suggested was realistic and we achieved it. The listing went up quickly with good photos, viewings were all accompanied so I didn't have to be there, and I got feedback after each one rather than having to chase. Referencing and the tenancy paperwork were handled properly and the whole thing went through smoothly. Communication was the standout: calls and messages answered the same day, including outside normal office hours. My apartment is now let to a tenant I'm happy with. Thanks to the team.

Although their marketing is very good...the rest was poor. We had a chain collapse immediately...with no support at all...followed by a second buyer offering lower...again no advice or support. Also starting us off at a over inflated price. They were not proactive and did not offer any help or advice. The owner Sammy Dyche was away on holiday...and I couldn't speak to him. The office didn't offer us any support. All very stressful.

Very professional company. Nice, polite and helpful lady in the call centre. The agent (Mr Murad Azam) was prompt in processing early viewing date and manage the rent application. This company deserves 100/100 in professionalism.
