Excellent estate agent from start to finish! Great communication, super helpful, professional, friendly, and always there to answer any questions. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make the whole process of selling and buying a house as easy and stress-free as possible.<br><br>They kept us updated throughout, were always approachable, and made us feel completely supported from beginning to end. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in providing a fantastic service.<br><br>We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I recently used Paul Carr for the sale of my property. From the minute they were instructed to value my property their service was spot on.<br>Jonathan handled the viewings professionally and courteously and I absolutely felt in good hands with them.<br>All of the office staff dealt with calls and enquiries straight away, nothing was too much trouble.<br>Grace and Lucy got the sale over the line, with a few bumps in the road, ensuring I was kept regularly updated throughout.<br>I would highly recommend Paul Carr Mere Green.

I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. Didn’t always respond to emails and phone calls. Had viewings but they didn’t seem to follow through with due diligence. Poor customer service.
Changed agents after 6 months with them and sold within 2 weeks.
