Really impressed with the team at Paul Carr Four Oaks so far. Jonathan has been particularly proactive with communication and has been very helpful in keeping us updated and supporting our property search. Lucy has been equally proactive with her communication, always friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.<br>We’re still looking for the right property, but the service and communication we’ve received so far have been excellent. You can see why a couple of estate agents in particular dominate the market in Sutton Coldfield, with Paul Carr being one of them. Hopefully we’ll find the right one soon!

A most excellent service delivered from Carol Barnes keeping us abreast of everything that was happening with the sale throughout the whole process.<br>We would also like to thank Chris for his help with viewings and overseeing the house clearance.<br>I would recommend them to anyone selling a property. As we live out of the Country they dealt with everything on our behalf.<br>Very professional from start to finish.

I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. Didn’t always respond to emails and phone calls. Had viewings but they didn’t seem to follow through with due diligence. Poor customer service.
Changed agents after 6 months with them and sold within 2 weeks.
