Really impressed with the team at Paul Carr Four Oaks so far. Jonathan has been particularly proactive with communication and has been very helpful in keeping us updated and supporting our property search. Lucy has been equally proactive with her communication, always friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.<br>We’re still looking for the right property, but the service and communication we’ve received so far have been excellent. You can see why a couple of estate agents in particular dominate the market in Sutton Coldfield, with Paul Carr being one of them. Hopefully we’ll find the right one soon!

A most excellent service delivered from Carol Barnes keeping us abreast of everything that was happening with the sale throughout the whole process.<br>We would also like to thank Chris for his help with viewings and overseeing the house clearance.<br>I would recommend them to anyone selling a property. As we live out of the Country they dealt with everything on our behalf.<br>Very professional from start to finish.

Visited this branch as we’re hoping to relocate to the area this summer and I wanted to see what we could get for our budget. The whole team were very helpful and enthusiastic, especially the branch manager who you could tell had a wealth of experience, and really made me feel more comfortable. This is a big move for my family and we’re looking forward to viewing properties with Ian and the team soon.
