Todd and Eleanor work hard to help me through all aspects of securing my rental property, it can be very stressful at time but they both shared the task and now that I have finally moved in I cannot be more happy than I am , I thank them both for all their hard work

Great service from Todd at Paul Dubberley. He was able to find new tenants for my property. Would highly recommend and will be using him again with my future properties. The process was quick and easy from coming to value my property to getting it on the market<br><br>thank you again

Big thanks to Todd for helping us rent our first flat. He was very kind and informative and extremely patient with us giving that we had no idea what we were doing!<br><br>Only issue we had was with whoever wrote our contract (I’m pretty sure this is with a private company that Paul Dubberley uses, not Paul Dubberley themselves) as the contact had to be amended 6 times through them keep spelling our names and the landlord names wrong …<br>But Todd did everything he could to get it sorted the same day.<br><br>We are very happy in our new little home. We were very surprised how easy it all was. Todd made the process very smooth for us.<br><br>We went into the branch a couple times to sort everything out and all the other team members were lovely too.<br><br>Thank you so much,<br>Ana and kiefer

The estate agents came out very quickly and valued the house for more than we thought. They had an open day and the house was STC for full market value. That was brilliant. The only down side was they told us approx 3 months till completion but it was exactly 5 and it was quite difficult at times to get our calls returned. . Overall, I was very pleased with them. They also reccomended a solicitors as well as we didn't know any.
