No contact for over a month after going on market. No feedback when viewers shown around.
I decided to show people around myself.
Continual calls from their solicitor stating I needed to pay them £25 deposit because of the type of contract I’d signed.
This was wrong and not resolved in the 12 weeks we had the house up for sale.
I decided to take the house off the market as I did not want to get involved in a sale with such a poor company.
Such a poor experience, we have decided to leave selling the house for at least a year.

Bought house through Pittis Shanklin I can honestly say Jo Lacey was absolutely brilliant she went above and beyond to make the sale go through and even after the sale ,
She was there to help with any issues she is an absolute star and big asset to the company

Great experience with Pittis Newport
We had a really positive experience with Pittis Newport throughout our house purchase. The team were very helpful, quick to follow up, and always proactive in chasing the seller and keeping things moving.

I rang a few weeks ago to view a property in ventnor and a man was supposed to call me back and I rang to view a property in Newport and they said they were going to call back but hasn't

The lettings team at Ryde is friendly, proactive and effective. They found a tenant for this assisted living apartment for a person over 70 very quickly, given the market constraints.

Pittis Freshwater have broken the mould for estate agents, for us both buying and selling with another Pittis branch, Connor in particular has gone above and beyond to ensure constant communication between us and the other parties & vendor. Caroline who showed us around was also very good.
