Had a very smooth property let set up by Imogen at Pittis. Imogen really looked after us and got us into our rental as quick as possible due to us being on a tight timeline. Very smooth experience :)

Fed up of receiving spam post from this company. We are selling our house with another company and have so far received at least 4 letters trying to get us to move to Pittis. I hear nothing but bad things about the company, so pressuring people like this just reaffirms that. Probably why you are so desperately chasing people to sell with you. (As a quick response to the reply, I shouldn't be on the mailing list in the first place. You have just decided to start sending me spam post since my house went on the market. I have never contacted this company and the fact that the letters are just addressed to the homeowner shows you don't actually have my details.)

The team , Sean, Michelle , Mark and Mavis have been nothing but professional and friendly. Always ready to answer questions and return calls with a friendly smile. They found a buyer for our property in 7?days !! Our sale is progressing and the team are continuing to update and keep on top of it .

The staff sound great when you do manage to speak to them but the communication is shocking, never had such poor communication from a company. I arranged a viewing, made a long journey of over 3 hours and was met by a man who worked at the prison as a guard who the agent had sent to let me in, he obviously couldn't answer a single question and just said "i'm here to just let you in" so straight away I wasn't impressed. I have called countless times to find information out or follow up on the sale and they don't return your calls (I think they text me twice to call them and emailed once or twice after I had chased) it's extremely frustrating and not the way to run a business. If I didn't call my clients back I wouldn't have any left.<br><br>I would never use this agent again.

A friend of mine has a booking to view a flat in Ventnor, Firstly they changed the time, which was fine, then after taking her to her viewing and waiting in the hot sun for over 20 minutes beyond the time of the viewing, we realised that no one was turning up. After numerous phone calls to the office with no answer , we gave up.<br>The next morning, we got a call stating that the flat had been let.<br>Well, thanks very much! To leave us and a 67 year old pensioner standing out there in the hot sun is a disgrace. No calls or messages either to advise of the above.<br>Be very careful when/if dealing with this unprofessional mob

Shannon from the start was brilliant, she explained everything, and I would highly recommend her for the future viewings.
Caroline who showed us around was also very good.
Overall we were very impressed with the quality of service from Pittis estate agents.

No contact for over a month after going on market. No feedback when viewers shown around.
I decided to show people around myself.
Continual calls from their solicitor stating I needed to pay them £25 deposit because of the type of contract I’d signed.
This was wrong and not resolved in the 12 weeks we had the house up for sale.
I decided to take the house off the market as I did not want to get involved in a sale with such a poor company.
Such a poor experience, we have decided to leave selling the house for at least a year.
