Pooles conducted the sale reasonably, however I was disappointed with the additional funding I had to find for miscalculations on numerous areas.

Poole Townsend Estate Agents have been very helpful in helping me to take up tenancy of a new flat. Their approach involves the use of an online portal combined with a personal touch. The portal works well, provides clear information and helps you to generally keep on top of any tenancy issues and requirements (including maintenance). But if you need personal or more bespoke assistance, you can contact the agents (via the portal, or directly by phone or email) and in my experience their responses are quick and effective. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Poole Townsend for renters.
