At first had excellent agent as was selling via private treaty through them & then decided to sell via Auction which was appalling & unprofessional.
I personally was unwell & hadn’t got battery life to keep chasing incompetency.

Sold the house after one viewing but I reduced it to what I thought it was worth.
Paid upfront selling fee and now can’t get hold of anyone!

Never ever again. Big mistake paying up front fee. I was doing the chasing. Its not an estate agent is it ?
I had 4 different agents looking after me in 7 months. Only 1 of them phoned me to touch base. The rest I had to email and was lucky if I even got a reply.
Zero local knowledge...waste of time and money.
