I had a really positive experience with Keeley at Reeds Rains Estate Agents. She was incredibly professional throughout the whole process, while also being very approachable and easy to talk to. From the start, Keeley had such a calming presence which made what can often be a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
She was empathetic, patient, and took the time to listen and understand my situation, which I really appreciated. Her communication was clear and reassuring, and she always made me feel supported and informed at every step.

Vastly over valued the property. Even with a reduction, the asking price was to high resulting in no viewings. The property was taken down for no reason. We had to travel to the office to get any answers as nobody answers the phone and you can't leave a message as the mailbox is full. Nobody could tell us what had happened, but a few local houses were also removed from Rightmove for no reason, took a week to get them back online....and then it happened again a few weeks later.We actually had someone knock on the door as they had spent three days trying to arrange a viewing, but as nobody answers the phone and you can't leave a message.....nothing ever gets done.

Excellent service from Lauren. I was particularly impressed with her attention to detail and inter personal skills. Lauren's probate and market valuations were undertaken in an extremely professional, sensitive and timely manner and was the primary reason we decided to go with ReedsRaines.
