I had a really positive experience with Keeley at Reeds Rains Estate Agents. She was incredibly professional throughout the whole process, while also being very approachable and easy to talk to. From the start, Keeley had such a calming presence which made what can often be a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
She was empathetic, patient, and took the time to listen and understand my situation, which I really appreciated. Her communication was clear and reassuring, and she always made me feel supported and informed at every step.

They did not communicate, they had not studied the house , what is there or not. We had to keep contacting them to gain information after possible buyers had visited. Etc.
