I had a really positive experience with Keeley at Reeds Rains Estate Agents. She was incredibly professional throughout the whole process, while also being very approachable and easy to talk to. From the start, Keeley had such a calming presence which made what can often be a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
She was empathetic, patient, and took the time to listen and understand my situation, which I really appreciated. Her communication was clear and reassuring, and she always made me feel supported and informed at every step.

The entire process was made nice and simple as someone looking for my first home. The gentleman that helped me was called Jake and I cannot thank him enough for his patience and happy attitude, when the time comes I will most certainly be returning and hopefully he will be there as he really put the time and effort in to build up a rapport with me.
