Over valued and oversold their ability in order to get the listing. Then immediately started pushing to lower the asking price while the ink was barely dry on the contract. The fixed fee meant that they were incentivised so to try to sell quick and cheap, rather than wait for the right buyer that suited, which was also frustrating.

I would without a doubt recommend Paige from Richard James to those interested in buying their first home. Confident, knowledgeable and incredibly approachable. I recently had a very bad experience with another Estate Agent and Paige restored my faith and then went further to the next level. She has gone out her way to provide extra information that was really valuable and was so informed but also I really trust her. Both me and my sister were really happy how helpful Paige has been in what is an exciting but understandably complex process of making a significant decision to buy our first home together.
