Terrible terrible agency please avoid them . The stress they have caused us these days is unbelievable. The land lord want to pay for his property issues from our money . Fed up with This agency, we keep chasing our deposit , no response and no clear communication; false and irrelevant checkout report , they do not deserve any star

Great communication and very responsive to queries. Communication felt very honest and they did all we could have expected to sell the property. Great experience, which continues through the conveyancing process

Very good sales work and handling of viewings. Once we had a buyer the progressor was giving us updates better than our solicitor but did go quiet as some points. Overall I would certainly recommend Richard James.

Great team,
Easy to get hold of, and they take a lot of pressure off my hands, i’d like to mention Ellie Wyatt, however, I’ve never had a problem with anyone on the team, that’s everyone at Richard James.
