We were tenants in a property managed by Robsons on behalf of the landlord for almost 2.5 years. Throughout this period, the customer service and support we received were very poor — the attitude of the staff was unhelpful, and requests were often met with reluctance rather than genuine assistance.<br><br>I have since moved into my own home, and based on this experience, I would not choose to work with Robsons again, nor would I recommend them to act on anyone’s behalf.

Their knowledge of the market, clear communication, and proactive approach made everything feel smooth and stress-free. They were always available to answer questions and kept me updated at every stage, which I really appreciated.<br><br>It’s rare to find a team across multiple branches that combines expertise with such a friendly and approachable attitude. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robsons to anyone looking to buy or sell or rent– truly a five-star service! I’ve lived in Moor Park for over 30 years having bought my house from Ian Reed at Robsons He was (still is) a true gentleman, replaced by an equally impressive gentleman, Paul Fussey. Paul has been tirelessly working to sell my house in the last 2 years. During that time he has always behaved , professionally, with honesty and integrity. A man I could trust who I genuinely knew was on my side and not just out to get his commission. Paul is reliably reliable. He talks common sense and is a very good communicator. He was quick to get back to me when I needed answers. His understanding of the local housing market is priceless, and I’m sure why he was able to sell my house against all the prevailing economic winds. I was lucky to have such a dedicated loyal team at the Moor Park Office. Thank you Paul for putting up with my anxieties and pressure. Paul is a beacon for Robsons. Don’t ever let the light diminish.
