Really good experience with Romans. Aduel was extremely helpful from start to finish and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear and he always kept me updated. I appreciate the effort in helping me secure the property and would definitely recommend them.

Even though our sale did not go through with Romans, all of the staff at the Woodley office were very professional and always prompt in responding to us. From the initial house visit through to receiving offers, we always felt understood and well supported.
We had a couple of offers on the table, and the team kept us informed about the buyers’ situations at all times, which we really appreciated. Daniel in particular was very understanding and helpful throughout the process.
We would definitely recommend the Romans Woodley office to anyone looking to sell their home or purchase a property.

What can i say?
Called on the morning of 2nd March and spoke to Swati on the phone requesting a same day viewing of an apartment to rent that had just gone up same day. Quickly booked and both agreed for 14:30. Advised me I’ll be meeting Maryam at the property. My first time moving into a place where it’s all on me. The advice the help these 2 ladies have given is amazing. Viewed the place with Maryam and Maryam just stepped to the side and said ‘you view it and then we speak’ i loved that! Usually when i have been viewing the estate agents want to rush and get it over and done with but Maryam allowing me to do that and speak to family at same time had my nerves settled. We spoke had a few laughs and i just knew this place was the one but the hard part was me moving in within a week. These ladies were on top of it to ensure everything was done correctly and also done swiftly. Swati helped me understand some things and also helped me with the formalities smoothly. They met the target of my moving in date and went to go collect the keys after work from Maryam at the store and its like she knew i was coming she was ready with everything.
I want to say to both of you ladies. You both are amazing at what you do. Please keep doing what you are doing and never change. You both have an amazing personality. ??????

The house was sold within a week of advertising it online but Romans even got viewings in before that, with some offers coming at that initial stage too. The house was sold at asking price. All communication was excellent and all agents I dealt with were very polite, kind and accommodating.

It is fascinating experience with Roman. We needed a property for a family in the context of long way to do viewing. However, the agent from Roman, especially Liv who contacted and chased up all the way we found our right one. She has put all the effort to give our family a warmly and tailored house.
