In tough market conditions the team at Sawyer & Co managed to recently complete the sale of our flat. Special shout out to Bob Beaken whose detailed follow up on all issues involved with selling a flat in Hove allowed us to finally complete. His experience, tenacity and ability to foresee stumbling blocks certainly helped us get past the finishing line.

Zoe and Kieran from Sawyer and Co excelled at finding the right buyer in a very tough market. They succeeded where other agents had failed, proving they were the best agent for selling my property.<br><br>I was kept informed throughout the whole process, and although it was a tricky sale due to the nature of the property, Zoe and Kieran both excelled, not only keeping the sale on track, but also getting it through to completion regardless of the several complications that arose along the way.<br><br>I would certainly recommend Sawyer and Co, Zoe and Kieran, and I would definitely use them again.
