Very poor experience overall. The property was in poor condition from the start (unclean, flaking paint, large crack in the wall) and had ongoing issues with damp, mould, heating. Many appliances had to be repaired or replaced during our tenancy. Communication was slow and issues were often ignored. We were also incorrectly billed due to a shared water meter.

We can’t recommend Seymours in Grayshott highly enough!! They went above and beyond for our recent house sale and made everything less stressful along the way. They were super responsive throughout and achieved a great price for our property. A special mention to Darren who was helpful and communicative all the way from coming to our home for the initial valuation through to completion. Thank you Seymours!

Credit where it's due. Despite a slow market, Serena never gave up helping us try to find somewhere, even when I was calling 3 times a day. There's a reason why most homes in this area are sold through Seymour's.
