Although we ended up taking a different property in the end in a different area of town, I was really impressed with the service from Strutt and Parker Notting Hill. Sam really went over and above for us, and was really patient while we were delayed with lots of viewings in one day. He was so professional and knowledgable, understanding and communicative, and didn’t pressure us in any way which you get with some agents. If we ever need to move again will definitely be looking up the agency again.

I couldn’t recommend Chris and Lauren at Strutt & Parker highly enough. They did a fantastic job selling my flat in Ranelagh Mansions and were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were professional, responsive and gave clear, sensible advice from the outset. Communication was excellent and I always felt completely up to date with viewings, feedback and the progress of the sale.<br><br>Most importantly, they worked hard to get the transaction over the line and made what can be a stressful process feel very straightforward.<br><br>A huge thank you to both Chris and Lauren. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell in Fulham.

I arranged a valuation to be done and two agents came out, one seemed very pleasant and nice however the other who wasn’t planned to do the viewing was rude obnoxious and showed very little interest in the property and made me feel as if I had wasted their time. This was a shame as the original estate agent had seemed genuinely nice and professional however did very little talking and was overpowered by the other estate agent. Overall compared to the experience from other estate agents on the same level I was extremely disappointed and upset by the whole experience.

I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement.
Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work!
As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed!
I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too!
If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out!
