Contacted Nicholas on their chat service twice, 02nd and 05th Mar 2026 to arrange a visit by one of their valuers. No one called back in response to either contact. I was surprised and disappointed and so sent an e-mail to Andrew Harwood on 06th Mar, their Residential Director in Sevenoaks to make him aware and ask someone to call me as matter or urgency. No call back as of 09th Mar. Shocking. If that's how they deal with Sellers, what opportunities are being missed with potential buyers??

Highly recommend working with Strutt & Parker SW10, in particular Cia Mackay. Cia was professional, extremely kind and was able to show us properties that fit our requirements without wasting time on those which did not. She was always available and we value the relationship we made with her. Would not hesitate to recommend working with Cia.

My experience selling through the team at Strutt & Parker was exceptional - they offered a clear valuation and sale strategy and within a week we had 3 offers and went to sealed bids. They then managed all parties exceptionally well throughout and achieved above the asking price. George and Lauren in particular were knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and the excellent advice they provide.

We had an extremely positive experience in buying through S+P. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

We engaged with Strutt and Parker, because I liked Hamish’s no nonsense approach and his approachable style.
Nothing has been too much trouble for Hamish or Amy. And they have made a difficult sale in a challenging market as stress free as they could.
Whether it be show clients round, pick up keys, or give advice.
The handholding when I was an overly anxious seller waiting for missives to conclude was second to none. Amy in particular shone at making sure I was 100 percent in the loop and clear about next steps.
I am very happy that I made the right choice when I picked Strutt and Parker to be our agents.
