The professionalism displayed by Richard Speedy (Regional Director, my main contact), Heather Lockyer (conducted all the viewings and formal handover), and Molly Newman (handled all the administration throughout) was exemplary. The thing that particularly stood out for me was the level of communication during the process, both timely and proactive. I would highly recommend using them.

We had an extremely positive experience in buying through S+P. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

We have recently sold our property in Perthshire with the expertise of Hamish Spencer- Nairn and Amy McMenemy guiding us every step of the way.
We can’t thank them enough for their advice and insights regarding the property market and also for their very patient human-focussed approach! They manage to combine absolute professionalism with a very warm and friendly approach.
Selling a home can be quite a stressful experience, and both Hamish and Amy were there to support and advise us, answering all our queries and keeping us fully updated from the beginning right through until completion, including organising the surveyor report and photographs.
Once we were ‘live’ on the website we had viewings booked almost instantly and a sale agreed within a few weeks.
