I engaged Strutt and Parker this year to sell my parents’ house. The professionalism displayed by Richard Speedy (Regional Director, my main contact), Heather Lockyer (conducted all the viewings and formal handover), and Molly Newman (handled all the administration throughout) was exemplary. The thing that particularly stood out for me was the level of communication during the process, both timely and proactive. I would highly recommend using them.

They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
