Frost have yet again proved themselves to be the best! Communication is very important to me and Frost will reply quickly, professionally and friendly. Whilst selling a house can be stressful, our agent Lily Harris was absolutely wonderful, keeping everything calm and running, chasing solicitors, speaking with buyers and always being approachable. I filled out an online form to request a viewing of a property. A few days later, having still not received a response, I continued chasing the letting agent. I finally managed to get through to them by phone this morning, only to be met with a complete lack of interest in my call and told that the property was no longer available.<br>The whole experience was disappointing and demonstrated a real lack of good customer service and communication. A simple update would have saved me time and unnecessary frustration.

We had a great experience with The Frost Partnership throughout the purchase of our new home. From the beginning, the team were professional, helpful and always kept us updated throughout the process.<br><br>A special thank you to Lily Harris for her excellent communication, support and for keeping us updated throughout the process. 7 months on the market with Frists not one genuine offer, several things that should have been mentioned regarding their terms of business, did not come to light until I moved agents, not transparent , I was very disappointed

Unfortunately, our experience with the Frost Staines team was very disappointing. There was little to no clear sales strategy, the original valuation proved to be very unrealistic, and communication throughout the process was very poor. As we were not living in the property, it was particularly frustrating that viewings were often not communicated to us in advance. Overall, we felt unsupported and ultimately decided to withdraw.

We have just rented a property via The Frost Partnership and the support we had from Wendy was superb! We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. Our property was on the market for a long time and although the property was most viewed on a property listing site and we only had one offer. There was more interest when we (homeowner) started to show the clients.
