Frost was the agent in the purchase of my property. At every stage from viewings, to sale negotiations to completion, Richard and the team did an amazing job and were very professional. Even when the solicitors and other parties in the chain were dragging their feet with constant delays, it was always Richard chasing them all up. Highly recommended Frost.

The team at Frost Gerrards Cross were a great partnership to market my property leading to a sale. All the staff were very efficient, friendly and professional. Each member made themselves thoroughly acquainted with my home so any questions from propestive buyers could be answered confidently.
Any contact I made with the office was always handled immediately and they were always available for any concerns or queries I had

We first approached Frosts in October 2025 and it was clear from the start that they were the agent for us. A personal and family friendly approach. Alex was our main agent who took beautiful photos of our home (to the point I questioned moving!), managed our viewings effectively, communicated brilliantly throughout the process and did extensive chasing of solicitors and other parties to get us over the line yesterday. Thanks so much Alex and team. We can see now why Frosts have such a great reputation in Chesham!

I chose The Frost Partnership in Chalfont St Giles to market the home of my late mother. The house also being in Chalfont St Giles. Throughout the period the house was up for sale, I was regularly updated with any viewings of the property. A video was made to allow prospective purchasors a virtual tour of the internal of the house. Andrew Holdsworth, Sandy and Caroline did their very best. Winter is not the nicest time to show anyone around a cold and empty house. Eventually the house sold and Andrew was exceptionally helpful. The whole process went smoothly. I felt my decision to stick with the Frost Partnership on a sole agency basis was the correct one.

We have just rented a property via The Frost Partnership and the support we had from Wendy was superb! We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process.
