We found the perfect home for my daughter and with no chain the procees should have been stress free and quick.. boy how wrong were we.. The sellers had an internal family dispute leaving the sale dragging on for 6 months, we finally completed with 1 day to go until our morgage offer ran out. Throughout this time Vicky and team were always available to answer questions, relay messages to the seller on the urgency, we were kept in the loop of the whole process.<br>Big thank you to Vicky & Lenny, Hannah is now moved in and loving her new home

Wilkins recently sold Mums house with exceptional speed ,they set up for updating purposes a WhatsApp group, must say that was a great idea ,they have tremendous staff.<br><br>Big shout out to Kim,Jade,Conner & Kamar. Kim and the team at the Nuneaton branch were excellent, selling my house very quickly.
