Elle from Winkworth Southfields was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our move was super smooth and Elle was always available to answer any questions we had. Brian was the agent for the seller of a flat we bought. He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.
