27th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)I purchased a house through Leaper Standbrook and the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The vendor had a language barrier, which required careful management. Unfortunately, this was handled very badly. For two months, the vendor failed to respond to legal correspondence, causing serious delays. As a result, my own buyer was close to pulling out and demanding money back. On the day of completion, matters became even worse. Leaper Standbrook had still not obtained the keys from the vendor due to poor communication and management. I was left sitting on the driveway of a house I legally own with no way to get inside. This should have been an exciting day, but instead it was stressful and upsetting. The lack of organisation, communication, and responsibility shown throughout this process has been unacceptable. I would not recommend Leaper Standbrook based on my experience.
15th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)They posted the house and for the 12 weeks we had the house with them we didn’t hear anything back from them, except when we contacted them. We had no weekly updates or advice from them as to why we only had 1 viewing in the 12 weeks.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

14th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have not willingly been into an Estate Agents for years but after my recent experience with Fox & Sons , Goring I know where to go next time . Excellent service from their staff particularly Ben Dann. I wasn't buying or selling , I'm a first time landlord and I was struggling with some of the paperwork. Ben and his Lettings colleague put me straight. I felt I was being cheeky but after explaining my position they jumped to help me . Very polite , smart in appearance and willing to help. Nothing was too much. I would recommend them in future . Thank you Ben .

17th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.Graham Butt Estate Agents - Rustington

Caroline and the whole team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Caroline in particular bent over backwards for us — nothing was ever too much trouble and she truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. Her communication was fantastic throughout; she always kept us fully informed and up to date, which made what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We felt supported, listened to, and genuinely cared about the entire time. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything Caroline and the team have done for us. 5th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I had to sell my Fathers Seafront flat to fund his care home. Aspire Residential were my 3rd agents to try and sell it. 3rd time lucky!! The other more well known agents didn’t manage to secure a sale but Aspire did and I’m so grateful to Mike and his team. I really think Mike went over and above to see the sale through to completion it was an extremely complex chain They were Very professional but also real and honest and kind which I haven’t seen much of in this cutthroat world of house selling! So I definitely recommend Aspire Residential They are not going to give you a fake unobtainable quote like others. Give them a try if you’re in and around Worthing and need a decent estate agent.

Alex himself is always upbeat and a pleasure to spend time with, nothing seems too much trouble or to phase him. If you are looking for an Estate Agent to shoulder the stress and make moving as easy as possible go with Alex. Alex sees the whole deal, sale and purchase, and was actively involved in both achieving a great outcome for us. He is birlliant!
