Special thanks to Samantha for conducting the viewings with such warmth and enthusiasm and to Louise and Sara for their friendliness and for progressing the sale so efficiently, keeping me updated every step of the way. 3rd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Cooper Adams, and in particular Sophie, throughout our house search and sale.<br><br>Sophie was instrumental in helping keep our sale moving to exchange (and soon, completion!), always communicating and proactively gaining updates from key parties. She showed patience and kindness during what can be a stressful process. Her communication was genuinely exceptional.<br><br>What also stood out was that Cooper Adams were the only estate agent in the area who regularly checked in to see how our search was going. It never felt pushy or like a sales tactic, just genuinely helpful and supportive.<br><br>Great, personal communication feels increasingly rare these days, but Sophie and the whole team at Cooper Adams really set themselves apart.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I can’t recommend Nicholas James highly enough, and in particular Sharon Francis, who has been absolutely fantastic to deal with over the past few years during our tenancy.<br><br>As a PM myself, I know how much work goes on behind the scenes to keep clients happy, and Sharon really does go above and beyond. Whenever we call or email, we can be confident that whatever we need will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and Sharon is always friendly, professional and incredibly helpful.<br><br>It’s such a pleasure to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing a great service. A special mention to Aaron, who looked after us from the very beginning right through to exchanging contracts. He was always helpful and made the whole process feel much easier. We’d definitely recommend James and James to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly estate agent.

It has been so nice to work with such down-to-earth estate agents who supported us throughout the entire process of selling and buying our home.<br><br>Viewings were always arranged in bulk bookings, which made everything much easier to manage. The team explained everything in simple terms, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what can be a stressful process as straightforward as possible.<br><br>I would highly recommend Pear to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. And an offer accepted.<br>I found from day one , the agents were extremely professional. As things were frustrating at times dealing with the solicitors, left hand right hand scerino.<br>I found and problems were escalated and I had an answer . Within 24hrs.<br>Nothing was too much bother for the team in general.<br>I was so impressed, that my daughter is in the process of letting her property through Fox & Sons..<br>1st estate agent that listened with a clear plan.<br>I highly rate the team at this particular agency. Despite there being challenges with Sage homes where it was a shared ownership sale, I found their team to be very helpful and professional. Isabella and Braden did an excellent job marketing the property and Keira Harrison was supportive and proactive throughout the sale.
