Zoe, the manager, was extremely professional and helpful throughout, making the whole process smooth and well?organised. Alfie was also fantastic—he showed us the property multiple times and was always patient in answering all our questions and explaining everything clearly. His support and responsiveness made a big difference and helped us feel confident in our decision. Overall, the team provided outstanding service, and we really appreciate their help during such an important purchase. Highly recommended!
23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)I had checked statistics on other agents before settling with Temme English. They ranked highest for fastest sales and truest valuations. Prompt advertising and clean clear photos. I had prior knowledge of every viewing and feedback soon after. Viewings came thick and fast and property was sold STC within 10 days at near asking price
4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Sims Williams took really great care of us - even though they were not the estate agents who sold our house (they managed the vendors of the house we were buying). My wife and I were really impressed with their excellent customer service - they fought our corner and were always happy to update us on latest of our very long chain. Our house move took a little while to go through owing to the people in chain and solicitors (etc) and Sims Williams were great throughout the process. I would recommend their team to anyone looking to sell (or even buy) in Chichester and the surrounding areas.

Excellent service from their staff particularly Ben Dann. I wasn't buying or selling , I'm a first time landlord and I was struggling with some of the paperwork. Ben and his Lettings colleague put me straight. I felt I was being cheeky but after explaining my position they jumped to help me . Very polite , smart in appearance and willing to help. Nothing was too much. I would recommend them in future . Thank you Ben .

24th Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Adele has been very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to sell my property. I would recommend her to any person wishing to sell their property. Very thorough during the process which she went through in every detail with viewings from interested people to taking photos to advertising my property online and negotiating the best price. I was impressed with all the effort Adele went to and she spent time explaining everything to me unlike other Estate Agents I spoke to. I would recommend these Estate Agents to any seller or buyer.

4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Gilbert and Rose had a professional approach to valuing my property and seemed enthusiastic. We received and accepted an offer the day after the advert went live. The communication from then onwards was very poor. I had to chase for information as the memorandum of sale had not been issued more than 10 days after accepting the offer. Although the delay may not have been a direct fault of Gilbert and Rose, I had to chase daily for progress and as I am writing to this I have not received an update on progress and I am going to need to chase again.
