18th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)We didn't didn't eventually move home for personal reasons but the help we had from these people was exceptional without ever being too intrusive. They were very understanding when we didn't complete sale. So if we ever do decide to move in the future we would definitely use Bairstow Eves.
25th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)From valuation to completion, Keywest have been great. We were really happy with howBruce conducted the valuation of the property and his enthusiasm for our our house. He was great on the viewings too. Preena kept in regular contact throughout the whole sales process and was always on the end of the phone/email if needed, responding quickly too.
5th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Sugdens were proactive in supporting us as buyers. Their communication was excellent throughout and we felt supported through the buying process.

31st May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Great from the start with Simon coming out to do the valuation and putting the property on the market and actually making the sale. Good correspondence keeping me up to date with viewings etc from Richard and Natalie too.
13th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)We had our house with them for 15 weeks approx and only had 1 viewing in all that time I had to call for any updates and communication was only after I called or emailed
5th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)I paid my last months rent despite the house being empty in good faith, to then have them try and wangle your deposit from you after you went above and beyond to leave the house in a better condition than you got it and worse part is only lived there 8 months, I had 80% house freshly painted, had brand new oven fitted, left fitted blinds and matching lightshades and they STILL try and rinse you! It's really bad I am absolutely gutted!
