Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Martin and Co presided over the collapse of our house sale after 7 months and in the week we were due to exchange after having spent a large amount of money and time. We’ve complained to the Ombudsman and are confident they will find in our favour. We would NOT recommend Martin and Co, and particularly so called ‘consultant’ Carl Hemming in any way.

Mellisa provided me with transparent fixed costs and gave me written confirmation of these and followed up via email which really gave me ease because from get go transparency is a key indicator if a good organisation.
