Their professionalism, expertise, dedication, and support throughout the whole process were exceptional. Selling a home can be an emotional and stressful experience, but the team made us feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.<br><br>A special thank you to Kevin Anderson, who went above and beyond for us — not only for his hard work and commitment in helping us achieve our sale, but also for patiently putting up with my many questions, messages, and “nonsense” along the way! His good humour, reassurance, and professionalism were very much appreciated.<br><br>We cannot recommend Claytons Estate Agents highly enough. 24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Having now worked with Alexanders across three separate property transactions, two sales and one purchase, I can confidently say they are one of the best estate agents we've dealt with.<br><br>Over the course of those transactions, I've had the pleasure of working with much of the team, including Harry, Emily, Anya, Stephanie and Hayden, and every one of them brought something different to the table. Whether it was sales progression, communication, negotiation or simply keeping everything moving, each person played an important part in making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>Communication was consistently excellent throughout. The team were always proactive, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues quickly. Rather than simply passing messages between solicitors, they genuinely helped drive the transactions forward and kept everyone aligned.<br><br>A special mention goes to Harry, who has clearly built a fantastic team and a genuinely well-oiled operation. It's evident that there's a strong culture of professionalism, teamwork and customer service throughout the business, and that filters through every interaction.<br><br>Buying and selling property is rarely without its challenges, but Alexanders made the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Any questions we had were answered as quickly as possible, and we always felt kept informed and supported every step of the way.<br><br>Both Rachel and Kelly were such a pleasure to speak to, whether over the phone or in person, and their kindness and professionalism really made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for everything they have done for us and would highly recommend Rachel and Kelly to anyone looking to find their perfect place. Sold quickly and smoothly with clear instructions. Would definitely use their services again. The whole team were excellent at communicating. We really liked the WhatsApp group for clear communication.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

Thank god I am not buying a house from this company,
