1st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.

12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)What can I say… I am one of those women who wants everything done NOW ?????? and somehow they actually managed to keep up with me!<br>From putting my house on the market to completion, the whole thing took around 3 months. I was probably not the easiest customer because I was constantly emailing, asking questions and wanting everything to move faster ?????? but they were always there, always replying and always keeping me updated.<br>Josh definitely knows what he’s doing and somehow survived all my emails ??????<br>I’m honestly so happy with the whole service. Great communication, great people and everything went smoothly.<br>I would 100% use them again and I will definitely recommend them to my friends.<br>Thank you for putting up with me ?????? 5 stars from me! ??????????

7th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Good and rapid service in setting up sale particulars and advertising. Very responsive to client input. Communications and honesty regarding interest, viewings and feedback was very good. Local knowledge was most helpful in guiding sale process. Viewing activity did stall after initial flurry of interest, inspections and failed offers. Agent then appeared to relegate property in priorities and did not take actions which may have maintained momentum eg refreshing particulars/photographs. Once buyer was confirmed the interaction with Agent was excellent and flexible. Overall I would recommend Crowhurst Gale who did present a better service to us than other Agents who were approached.

He always replied to messages swiftly – even on his day off – and we had complete faith in him. His advice was sound and timely and despite a nightmare journey through the conveyancing, he was determined to get us through to a successful sale. We wpuld thoroughly recommend recommend Marcus and Life Investments Estate Agency.

3rd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)They are not reliable. you do not get a timely response, you have to call many times without any result. If you send an email on Friday, by Monday they do not know. Look for another agency, you cannot trust them.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
