I was so impressed that I immediately booked a valuation with Simon, and the professionalism, warmth, and expertise were identical. It’s that classic English gentleman style: calm, honest, classy, and incredibly well?informed. After meeting seven estate agents, not one came close to the standard set by this team. Truly outstanding service.

13th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I’ve used Redbrick as a letting agent for the past 4-5 years and they are far superior to any other agent I’ve used previously. Compliance is spot on, deposits are secured on time and documentation issued. Patrick will also offer a one to one with landlords and assess current problems with tenants / letting agents and look at the best possible solution.

A truly professional estate agency with real common sense (sadly rare these days). They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Ella, Adam & Diane have been particularly helpful in negotiating fair rent and getting any repairs done that needed doing. I have found them very good at what they do.<br><br>Once again Ella and her team been very professional, this time in the smooth running transition between tenancies. If Ella was not available then other members were more than able to assist with queries. I had compliments from the tenants moving out as to what had contributed to an enjoyable tenancy for which Martin & Co must take some of the credit in how they responded to the tenants issues taking the stress out of potentially stressful situations. I would highly recommend Martin @ Co as letting agents.

23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)Very poor communication, do not follow up on instructions from tenant i.e. renew contracts without prior discussion with you despite your request to them not to do this, series of mistakes with no effort to improve. Would not recommend

Its been three weeks and I havent been able to duplicate my loss key to my house! Why do you guys even have him?? If you guys are never open, dont display opening hours on Google

3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)They are not reliable. you do not get a timely response, you have to call many times without any result. If you send an email on Friday, by Monday they do not know. Look for another agency, you cannot trust them.

I’m new to the UK and not very sure about pretty much anything when it comes to renting, and they took the time to explain, share constant updates, guide me through the process, without as much as a frown - considering the number of times I called and asked for things. The house is great and clean, and the move in services are great as well. Hats off to both Molly and Richard. Always ask for them and they’ll get you sorted.
