The Woman we dealt with who we believe is possibly a partner repeatedly didn’t find answers to our questions, it seemed as if it were a constant battle throughout, she also came across false and over the top. As far as the owner of the company goes one meeting was enough for us. Occasionally we spoke with other employees who were always friendly and efficient, shame the same can’t be said for management.
20th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.

From communication through the entire process, arranging the home report and photographs, and the negotiations with our buyer I cannot recommend them enough. My property was on the market for 7 days before we exceeded the expected offer. Highly recommend, Rob & Karen brilliant.

15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Awful dealing with my fathers estate. 1 year since my fathers passing and still not completed. Have phoned repeatedly to ask if assistance is required to finalise proceedings,but call backs dont seem to be on their remit. No property sale was involved only finacial items which we provided. I understand that my estranged brother is executor ( to which the firm was informed by myself)but a courtesy phone call wouldnt have gone amiss during our grieving to keep myself & my sister aware of proceedings.
12th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Matthew and Ian were great at Your Move Dundee. Matthew viewed the house promptly and came with a lot of comms and info to support the suggested selling price for me. They helped to organise all aspects pre- and post-sale I think their fees were similar to other agents in the area, but something just felt “right”. Anyway, they helped to secure a good price quite quickly and have been helpful and communicative throughout.

1st Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have used Slater Hogg and Howison for around five years now to manage my property in Central Dundee. Paul Cargill and the team; Emma, Rebecca and Sarah have always provided an excellent service. They are approachable, polite and always eager to help. In addition, Paul has a wealth of knowledge in the private rental market and is happy to help with any questions whenever contacted.

8th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)We used Harley's to sell our house and we were originally purchasing a house via them too. Yvonne is amazing - the customer service is absolutely second to none. I had valuations from a couple of agencies but Yvonne was by far the most reassuring, trustworthy and reliable. From start to finish she kept us fully updated with both our sale and property search and was always on hand to help out. Our house sold within 3 days of going on the market and even when our purchase took longer than we initially thought, Yvonne was incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell over any other agency in the region.
