20th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.

From communication through the entire process, arranging the home report and photographs, and the negotiations with our buyer I cannot recommend them enough. My property was on the market for 7 days before we exceeded the expected offer. Highly recommend, Rob & Karen brilliant.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I would highly recommend Amazing Results and Colin Jenkins to all looking to sell in the Fife area. From the first conversation, Colin’s expertise and local knowledge helped my selling experience a lot, especially having not been based in the area myself. My property went from listed to sold in 9 days, which is a credit to Colin’s work. It is a shame i’m not in the local area as i would most certainly use Amazing Results again.

1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Never showed up for any of the viewings apart from one when repeatedly requested a show and L the rowdy early ,their knowledge of the property was limited . The description in brochure was reasonably good .

12th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Matthew and Ian were great at Your Move Dundee. Matthew viewed the house promptly and came with a lot of comms and info to support the suggested selling price for me. They helped to organise all aspects pre- and post-sale I think their fees were similar to other agents in the area, but something just felt “right”. Anyway, they helped to secure a good price quite quickly and have been helpful and communicative throughout.

Our estate agent took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and made the effort to understand our needs. He explained the marketing strategy, answered all enquiries with detail and oversaw all the viewings. He really owned the process and kept us updated every step of the way! Looking back now, the journey has been nothing but an enjoyable success. Thank you

Paul Cargill and the team; Emma, Rebecca and Sarah have always provided an excellent service. They are approachable, polite and always eager to help. In addition, Paul has a wealth of knowledge in the private rental market and is happy to help with any questions whenever contacted.
5th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Graham and Sibbald have been our landlords property management company for over 10 years and we have just been taken over by Westport property Dundee - and I must say the best Christmas present I could ask for. Graham and Sibbald have managed 4 units of family run businesses and have been useless. Emails have been ignored now for months from all 4 tenants. We have all had to close our businesses on numerous occasions as the roof on the building is needing replaced and we are constantly flooded. The car park has no working lights as been reported numerous times with no reply. The stairs to the property are all loose - again reported numerous times with no reply. Front window was smashed in, they charged our business for the repair only to be informed but our insurance that the landlord is responsible for glass repair - we were only given 2/3 of the cost back as said they could have found someone cheaper. 3 days with Westport property and the roof is being replaced next month, lights are replaced , stair been repaired - professional and efficient customer service - highly recommend Westport property if you need your property looked after properly and to have happy loyal tenants

3rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)All in all, I think I was expecting more than “just adequate” from such a large firm. I use another solicitor in the firm for my personal/business matters who performs on a much higher level than the property squad. There seems to be a lot of staff dealing with the booking of viewings, so a lot of of double calls/emails about individual viewing requests. A word file property questionnaire, which was completed at the start and emailed back, never seemed to be referred to. This led to being constantly asked to answer questions which could have been answered by checking it. Staff, however much they were briefed about my desires and needs for the sale of a post divorce renovate and sell (so a financial cut and run with a low end figure on my end of what I’d accept), could never take it upon themselves to act proactively on my behalf and it always seemed like I had to make the strategy as to how to go about the sale of a house. Communication wasn’t great around the time of the initial sale date and little came in terms of updates, especially as it was a weekend. I expected some information on the Monday. In the end I emailed on Wednesday to get information, all of which I thought I shouldn’t have to make the first move on.
