Delivery of the sale was absolutely on time, and Katie's liason with our buyers solicitor was exemplary.<br><br>I cannot recommend her and Ralph Sayer enough.

1st Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Never showed up for any of the viewings apart from one when repeatedly requested a show and L the rowdy early ,their knowledge of the property was limited . The description in brochure was reasonably good .
27th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Rollos St Andrews agreed to assist to put in a note of interest on a property and then purchase a property. They then declined to help for no good reason. A terrible service. I would advise to consider other options if at all possible.

Being international students has made finding an affordable place difficult but Robyn answered all of our emails and then some. She is kind and carring and my husband and I really appreciate it.
