26th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)After having our property on the market for 6months with John German and not having any luck we changed to scargill Mann they presented our property the best way they could we had a viewing every week and our house as sold subject to contract in 6 weeks
31st May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Great from the start with Simon coming out to do the valuation and putting the property on the market and actually making the sale. Good correspondence keeping me up to date with viewings etc from Richard and Natalie too.

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Communication was consistently excellent and I particularly appreciated the prompt feedback after each viewing. This information is surely of great interest to every vendor but my previous experience of other agents has sometimes shown an unacceptable tardiness in passing on this information. James and Stef managed to combine an appropriately personal touch with great professionalism so that I felt well cared for and absolutely confident that they had my best interests at heart throughout. So thank you both - you're doing a great job and I wish you a bright and prosperous future.
