2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)It did take a while to get viewings and I was the one making calls rather than answering returns, but the agents were very busy and juggled to get me 2 viewings close together. Demi took us to both properties and made as much time for us as we needed and answered our questions. Any that she couldn't answer she promptly checked and emailed answers back. I may not have bought via Frank innes in the end as the properties werent quite what I was after but the experience with Frank Innes and Demi was great and I thank the team for their help searching for "The one". Reccomend the team at AshbyFrank Innes - Burton-Upon-Trent

24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)We had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with this letting agency and our property management at Heath Road. Upon moving out, they attempted to squeeze us for unjustified cleaning and inventory charges using unverified quotes instead of actual receipts, ignoring the fact that the property was left in a condition matching our check-in inventory.<br><br>?Furthermore, when we left behind several new items and appliances (including a washing machine, dining table, chairs, and a clothes rail) for the benefit of the property, the agency and landlord happily kept and absorbed these items while simultaneously nickel-and-diming us over old, unverified fixtures. Communication was poor, accountability was entirely missing, and staff showed zero willingness to act fairly.<br><br>?If you rent through them, keep every single record and expect them to try and take advantage of your deposit at the end of the tenancy. Highly unprofessional and predatory behavior.

25th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

Also thanks to both Jack and James covering some of the viewings as well, all of which were extremely helpful and kept us up to date on the progress of these. Many thanks to Michelle who helped get the sale sorted through to completion. Again kept me well up to date, professional and helpful. Great team at Bayzos, they came well recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to others!<br>Thank you again!

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

During what I can only describe as the most difficult of house selling journeys. From start to finish they have been friendly, approachable, personable, contactable, reactive… the list could go on!
