19th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Yet again we have just completed another successful letting through the Burton Branch of Frank Innes, headed up by Bea Aitken-Robertson. Our property was listed on the Friday afternoon, with viewings arranged for the Monday and under offer that very same day. The whole transaction was entirely smooth and hassle free and completed in less than two weeks! Bea was the ultimate professional and a pleasure as always to deal with, keeping us informed throughout.

The team has been absolutely exceptional and have supported me through some very difficult times with genuine kindness, patience, and care. Over the years, their service has been consistently outstanding, and they have always gone above and beyond to help in any way they can. They are friendly, professional, and incredibly reliable, and I have always felt completely looked after. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nicholas Humphrey to anyone looking to sell their home or rent a property—truly first-class service from a wonderful team.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
25th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!
12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)We found the perfect home for my daughter and with no chain the procees should have been stress free and quick.. boy how wrong were we.. The sellers had an internal family dispute leaving the sale dragging on for 6 months, we finally completed with 1 day to go until our morgage offer ran out. Throughout this time Vicky and team were always available to answer questions, relay messages to the seller on the urgency, we were kept in the loop of the whole process.<br>Big thank you to Vicky & Lenny, Hannah is now moved in and loving her new home

1st Aug 2026 (23 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

With different issues throughout the process Kirsty and Will helped us move forward to completion.<br>Couldn't recommend Rotson Lund highly enough!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

During what I can only describe as the most difficult of house selling journeys. From start to finish they have been friendly, approachable, personable, contactable, reactive… the list could go on! I couldn’t have picked a better agent and words don’t do the level of service that they have provided justice…! Thank you in particular to Dan, Vicky, Sandra, Lauren and Zoe, you’ve all been amazing and if anyone asks me for an estate agent recommendation, it will be Maynard’s every time! We had a chain collapse immediately...with no support at all...followed by a second buyer offering lower...again no advice or support. Also starting us off at a over inflated price. They were not proactive and did not offer any help or advice. The owner Sammy Dyche was away on holiday...and I couldn't speak to him. The office didn't offer us any support. All very stressful.
