16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I cannot thank Rex and the team enough for the assistance they offered when we were back in Nottingham from Bahrain to see our son who was in hospital. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests which included a short team licence to occupy so that we could be close to our son once he left hospital. It was a difficult time for us so Rex's thoughtful help and support was very much appreciated. The team were always courteous and willing to please and had exceptionally good local knowledge of the lettings market. As a landlord myself in Bristol, I would have no hesitation in using CP Walker to manage my property if I owned one in Nottingham.

The communication was fantastic and Donna could not have done more to push progress and keep us in the loop. I only wish we had used them to sell our property also. 28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Don’t rent a property with them, they will extort your deposit in the name of “deep cleaning” we left the property with painted walls and fully cleaned property prior to moving as stated in the contract. Yet they charged us for something they never did! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
