I came to her in quite a hurry, and she was able to help me obtain my AIP swiftly, and then the full mortgage application once my offer was accepted. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and kind throughout the entire application process, and was able to secure me with a great mortgage. I would highly recommend Jasmine and her company to anyone who is looking for a mortgage advisor.

He then chased any other questions we had and got back to us the very next day. 7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)We had our house on the market with Burchell Edwards, Ilkeston, and things initially went quite well, securing a sale at asking price. This unfortunately fell through on the day we were supposed to exchange contracts and we had to start the process again.<br><br>We resold quite quickly but our new buyer dropped the price by £7000 after a survey. The branch told us that this was due to the risk of damp and we asked what they ment as we had damp proofing done recently, that came with 25-year guarantees. Then the branch told us they thought we didn’t have any damp proofing done, and specifically that they had told the buyer the opposite without clarifying with us first. Ultimately the buyer would not take that the branch had told them false information into account and we had to take a loss on the house, as we already had our dream property lined up.<br><br>Then there were various issues once we handed over to the progressions team. I won’t detail them all as it would take me a long time. Due to the service as a whole we made a complaint through the complaints team. The response was quite frankly inadequate. They found ‘no evidence’ that the branch had made the error by telling the buyer we had no damp proofing done, along with other issues raised to them. They essentially said, since the staff member didn’t write the error down it couldn’t have happened. I really felt like they were dismissive of our complaints. I would not recommend them to anyone and I would not use them again.<br><br>I would however recommend Green and May in Alfreton, they were who sold us our new home, I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from them. They were exceptional!

From the first valuation to the final completion, the team were friendly, supportive, and incredibly efficient. They made the whole process feel easy and took the pressure off with their regular updates and helpful guidance. It’s rare to find an agent who genuinely cares about both the property and the people involved, but this team absolutely does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

They have always responded promptly, provided clear and helpful advice, and were ready to answer any questions I had.<br><br>They took the time to understand what I needed as a landlady and offered practical options and guidance at every stage. I felt very well supported throughout the process.<br>They made the whole letting process feel smooth and well organised.<br><br>Their advice gave me confidence in making decisions.<br>They were approachable and patient, even with small questions.<br>I felt they were focused on finding the right solution rather than simply rushing the process.<br><br>I would be happy to use them again in the future.<br><br>Maisie and Dominic worked closely with me, and I really appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness and support. I would highly recommend the team at CP Walker.

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Were my estate agents at whilst I was at University. Really poor in terms of arranging things to be fixed and replaced. My bed broke and wasn’t usable and it genuinely took them over a month to replace. It was similar for the multiple leaks I had in the room. My room was essentially uninhabitable and they did nothing to fix<br>Were fair and quick to give back the deposit to be fair to them but my overall experience was really poor and I’d be mindful about renting with them. Clearly do take advantage of students and provide a really poor and slow service.

11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Updating our review as we’ve used Watsons again for both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one, and honestly, these guys are amazing!<br><br>Sarah and Laura in the sales team flooded us with viewings and worked hard to get our house sold.<br><br>Lucy, our sales progressor, was also fantastic. She kept us updated throughout, gave us really helpful advice and somehow managed to keep us calm when our buyer’s solicitor was uncooperative.<br><br>Couldn’t recommend Watsons enough and would definitely use them again!<br><br>House purchase back in 2017:<br>Above and beyond expectations.<br>Everyone knows house buying is never a smooth process and we had our hiccups but Sheree was always on hand to settle our nerves or give a few nudges to the parties involved! It’s good to see a small business smashing the market place.

24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)I am very pleased with the staff at kal sangra, (auction team) they were really helpful from the registration process till the auction itself!<br>Taking part in any auction can be daunting and very overwhelming but with the right guidance and help it can be made very simple! Thanks to Danesha.<br>I would definitely recommend this auction group.<br>The bidding is fast paced as it should be and the process very easy if you register with all the documents required.<br>Note: Bidding can get carried away but you the bidder must know your own limit!

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
