21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)The team at Millers were helpful and prompt -- we would highly recommend them. They suggested a solicitor who, in turn, was also excellent. Millers were able to sell our house within a few weeks of putting it on the market with them.

She often went the extra mile, even working after hours to make sure everything stayed on track. Her communication was always clear, and she managed our expectations with honesty and professionalism. We really appreciated her patience and persistence, and how she kept the process moving even when things were uncertain. 18th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)I’ve just purchased my first property with Stevenette and I can’t recommend them enough! They were informative, kept me updated with the progress and when there were delays with some unforeseen issues, they communicated with me throughout and followed up with all relevant parties so that the process would be as smooth as possible. Despite being a solo first time buyer, I felt they treated me as a loyal customer whilst also ensuring I understood what each stage meant and explaining anything I wasn’t sure of. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

My son offered in January 2025 with the hope of completing before the increase in stamp duty. It was a tall order! But Jay kept everyone informed about the negotiations, pushed where he needed to push. Always available at the end of the phone. Perfect. Thank you!!

14th Jul 2015 (10 years ago)Just observing my workmate's utter horror story with this company unfolding now. He's lived in a property managed by them that has no working toilet, washing machine or cooker since he moved in 3 months ago. A workman was sent to fix the gas boiler who wasn't a Gas Safe registered plumber. It broke down again on a number of occasions. Dangerous wires protruding from a burnt out socket were simply taped up with black tape. Communication has been negligible and threats of debt collection were made when it was suggested rent was withheld until problems were fixed. A diabolical service that borders on criminal negligence. UPDATE. It's now months later and after none of the problems with the property were dealt with and the owner said "It's probably best for everyone that the tenants leave the house", Ferrari Dewe are now pursuing the tenants to the tune of £3000. Utterly disgusting company.
