Contacted them 2 weeks ago about a property, Jack Wackett got my details and told me that they were waiting to hear from the current tenants to arrange viewings and that they would let me know. Kept trying to contact them for a week with noboy answering my emails or my calls. Finally got through today and was informed that viewings took place and an offer was put forward. This guy are showing how they don't care about their tenants even before they sign their contract.

Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Every step was handled smoothly — from the first viewing, to negotiations, to the final handover — and I always felt fully informed and confident in the decisions I was making.What stood out most was Charlie’s communication and reliability. He was always available to answer questions, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and made what can be a stressful journey feel straightforward and well?managed. His attention to detail and genuine care for his clients really shows.I’m extremely happy with my new home, and I’m grateful for the effort Charlie put in to make the purchase seamless. Made us feel very comfortable and overall top bloke.<br>Clare was helping us move forward once offer was accepted and she was brilliant, kept us constantly in the loop and chasing both solicitors for answers.<br>Overall great experience with Maddison Fox.

They are very professional and I was given updates regularly. They took the stress of selling and letting completely away. They go over and above to give confidence to the transactions. Steve and Alex were always available to talk to and were excellent in dealing with letting and selling. As a landlord they are very helpful when problems may arise with the property to help and give advice to resolve the issues. I would not hesitate to use them again.

From our very first phone call, he made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. 14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Gary was a nice guy. The apartment is beautifully presented and should draw interest. The photos had to be done twice due to quality and major plan errors- they knocked 25% off the sq footage! The whole thing felt like there was no selling strategy. Place on the portals and wait for interest, which doesn’t work in this tough market. It was myself that pushed for a price decrease, which brought in 1 viewing in 8 weeks. I was told that the market was stilted and the heatwave meant people were not buying. I believe it was priced wrongly, there was no selling or dynamic marketing strategy. When I initially advised I wanted to leave after 5 weeks, the colleague, Yusuf basically talked over me for 30 mins and finally agreed to reduce the property price. I had been pushing to reduce it from 2 weeks! There was no sense that I was a client. My partner listened in on that call and was surprised at the attitude of Yusuf- not one apology for wrong price or zero communication! I kept pushing for updates but they never really called - it’s because they were not strategically selling it I suspect and were afraid to tell me. It seems to evidence their lack of dynamism. The whole process was a waste of my time unfortunately. I have now gone on with another agent and it already feels more professional. What I don’t understand is- they came up as the top agent on this site, which does not add up- that is not my experience at all.

They have continued to support us by helping the landlord managed the same property, and their responsiveness has always been appreciated. We are hoping they'll also help us find our next home.
