26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Absolutely outstanding service over the last 15 years! I have bought, sold, and let properties through Abode, and they have been nothing short of amazing. Lee and Richard have been brilliant in every way, providing incredible support whether I was buying or selling. Over the years, they have become more like friends than people I just do business with. There are plenty of cowboy estate agencies in Woodford. In fact, if you go just across the road from Abode and up the green, you’ll find a certain 'Bent Nose' outfit that are unprofessional and treated my property purchase a couple of years earlier like a joke. If you want honest, straight forward and professional estate agents you can truly trust, look no further than Abode

As international tenants working on a tight timeline, he made everything much less stressful and was always responsive, patient, and transparent with us. 26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Recently agreed purchase of a property marketed by Woodbury. After experiencing many selling agents during our search, I must say this was among the most impressive. I can't begin to say how many times we got noone picking up the phone, no response to messages, whether by email or phone, even with multiple follow ups. Woodbury was different.<br><br>Even though no-one from the sales team was available when we called, the lady who worked in lettings was able to indicate a likely slot for a viewing. I then actually got a callback when promised! After the viewing there was good follow up, and excellent communication on the response to our offer as both our and the seller's positions evolved.<br><br>Overall great buying experience!

Made us feel very comfortable and overall top bloke.<br>Clare was helping us move forward once offer was accepted and she was brilliant, kept us constantly in the loop and chasing both solicitors for answers.<br>Overall great experience with Maddison Fox.

Emotional time as selling my late father’s property which was our family home since childhood and they were extremely respectful of this. Excellent communication keeping me informed regularly. She’s been super encouraging along the journey of buying our first home, leading us to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She has been super informative and lovely to speak to. All round a really good branch to go with for looking for your home, that go above and beyond in supporting you across the whole process.

9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

Throughout the whole process he has been the voice of calm and reason, negotiating and liaising with both sides to keep the momentum going. Today we completed and our journey with Kevin and Co comes to a close. I would recommend this company . Thank you so much Gary for all you’ve done.

Mine was a complex situation with the move but I had so much support from Matthew.<br>He worked so hard to ensure the sale of my house and purchase of my flat went as smoothly as possible.<br>He was really easy to reach and I was kept up to date throughout.<br>I would strongly recommend them, especially as my house sold straight away, and for the asking price!<br>I honestly can’t thank them enough.

From the very beginning, Martine Hamilton kept us informed at every stage of the process, which made what can often be a stressful and uncertain time feel much more manageable. Whenever we had questions for the sellers, or needed updates from the solicitors, Martine was straight onto it, chasing things up and coming back to us with quick, clear responses. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she clearly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible.<br><br>We’d also like to thank Svetlana, who showed us the property, for being so helpful and welcoming from the very first viewing. Her knowledge of the property and the local area gave us real confidence in our decision, and she made the whole viewing experience a pleasure.<br><br>Having such a reliable and proactive team behind us made an enormous difference, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better people to guide our son through buying his new home.
